Byron Bay Bespoke Landscapes designs outdoor spaces, and places the architecture within its most stunning backdrop. Whether it's full scale landscape project or just to bring peace to a blank courtyard, design brings solution to any scope.
We create beautiful considered designs to compliment the environment and climate as well as architecture and exemplify the same level of detailing and artistic expression. We do balcony and courtyard styling, through to full design and construct projects of residential and rural settings.
We take your project from client consultation, concept design and council applications, through to the technical detailing of the landscape design. We then bring our designs into reality and install it to the highest standard.
DESIGN PROCESS
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION - onsite meeting to discuss your landscape and lifestyle requirements and establish a budget. These take place onsite and please allow 1 - 1.5 hours.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN - we will design your landscape and provide A1 sized CAD drawings. We will then present this to you onsite with plant palette and lookbook. This is where you can make changes to the design.
3. QUOTE FOR INSTALLATION - once you are happy with the concept design we will provide a quote for the installation.
4. COUNCIL APPROVAL - Development Application/ CDC: If council approval is required, we will commence the Landscape Plan for council submission once the Concept Design Stage and Installation Quote has been approved and signed off by you. If any extra engineer diagrams are required, these will be charged out at a separate rate.
5. INSTALLATION - once the plans have been approved by council we will schedule a date to commence construction!

Byron Bay Bespoke Landscapes will in unity design the layout of the landscaping and any architectural built structures, plant palette, council applications and FFE selection (furniture, fittings and equipment - including appliances, lighting fixtures, sound systems). We will provide you with a detailed cost estimate for our team to supply and install for you.
Development Application/ CDC: If council approval is required, we will commence the Landscape Plan for council submission once the Concept Plan Stage has been approved and signed off by you. This stage is costed as a separate item to the Concept Design Fee, at a hourly rate basis.

We develop and detail the Concept Plan to the Master Plan in a Construction Documentation Set. This stage ensures the integrity of the design is realised on site to the highest standards. The detailed drawing set includes the set out drawings, planting plan, external lighting plans, irrigation and drainage plans and construction details, to provide you with a detailed Landscape Installation Proposal.
